FlueWorks currently offers delivery services exclusively within the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for orders over £300 within the UK. For orders under £300, a delivery charge of £15.99 will apply.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
We aim to process and dispatch your order promptly. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of the items you’ve ordered. Generally, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 3-7 business days after the order has been dispatched. However, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking
Upon dispatch of your order, we will provide you with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or delivery issues. FlueWorks will not be responsible for any delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. However, FlueWorks is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by our delivery partners once the package is in their possession.
